1. Introduction Welcome to Chopped Tees Merchandise Giveaway ("Competition"). By entering this Competition, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. The prize consists of $350 USD worth of merchandise from our website, Chopped Tees.
2. Eligibility The Competition is open to individuals worldwide, except for collaborators of Chopped Tees, employees of Chopped Tees, and their immediate family members. Entrants must follow our X (formerly known as Twitter) account and retweet the pinned tweet containing the details of the Competition to be eligible.
3. Competition Period The Competition commences upon the posting of the pinned tweet and ends at midnight on March 18, 2024, Eastern Standard Time (EST).
4. Prize Details The winner will receive merchandise valued at $350 USD, which can be selected from any brand across the entire Chopped Tees website. The winner is limited to choosing a maximum of the following items: 2 hats/beanies and 1 coffee mug. All other items are can be chosen at unlimited quantites until prize total has been reached. Prices are locked to USD regardless of the winner's location. Shipping fees are not included in the prize total and must be covered by the winner. Items with surcharges, such as double-side prints and large apparel sizes, will count against the prize total.
5. Winner Selection The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received by the deadline. The selection is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
6. Notification The winner will be notified via X (formerly known as Twitter) direct message within seven days of the Competition end date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
7. Disqualification Chopped Tees reserves the right to disqualify any entrant deemed to be abusing the Competition rules or engaging in any form of fraud, deception, or dishonesty. This includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple X (formerly known as Twitter) accounts to enter the Competition multiple times.
8. General Participation in the Competition constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions. Chopped Tees reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition should any virus, bug, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Chopped Tees' control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Competition.
9. Liability Chopped Tees is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Competition or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Competition.
10. Governing Law The Competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
11. Social Media Disclaimer This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X (formerly known as Twitter) or any other social network. You are providing your information to Chopped Tees and not to any other party.
